Want to create a vendor profile in our system?

Vendors can take advantage of the City's Vendor Self-Servie Portal. This system allows the City to to streamline our procurement process and utilize technology to better communicate with vendors.

Step 1.Register your vendor account

If it is your first time going to the City's vendor portal, you will need to create a user ID and password.

For first-time vendors: You will simply need your Federal ID number. (A vendor number will be issued once registered.)

If you have done business with the City in the past via a Purchase Order: Please send an email to procurement@kissimmee.gov for your vendor number.

Step 2.Use your vendor profile

Use the Vendor Self Service portal to create your vendor account. You will be able to use this portal to access your vendor information and records. All transactions that occur after March 1, 2021 will be available for you to view online. You also have the ability to update your profile, which includes address, contact information, and commodities information.

We ask that you list an email address that will be monitored consistently by appropriate personnel that handle Purchase Orders as your main email address. Any other email addresses for other contacts (i.e. AP, Customer Service, etc.) can be entered as additional contacts during registration or updating Vendor Self Service process.
