Downtown Kissimmee CRA

The Downtown Kissimmee CRA (DKCRA) area contains a mix of commercial, government affairs, and residential uses, each adding to the unique and historic character of the district.  

CRA Boundaries

The Downtown Kissimmee CRA sits between John Young Parkway on the west, Lake Tohokapeliga on the east, Vine Street (HW 192) on the north, and Clay street on the south.

It includes major destinations like:

• Historic business district
• Kissimmee Lakefront Park
• Courthouse district
• Kissimmee Medial Arts District (southern portion of the district)
• Historic downtown residential districts

CRA Board & Public Meetings

The Downtown Kissimmee CRA board members are comprised of the five Kissimmee City Commission members.

Meetings are held in the Kissimmee City Hall Commission Chamber, located at 101 Church Street in Kissimmee on the first and third Tuesday of every month. CRA agenda items are in conjunction with the City Commission Meetings.
