Step 1.Confirm that your property is within City of Kissimmee limits

Although your address may say Kissimmee, you might be in unincorporated Osceola County, where housing and community development services are handled by the Osceola County Housing & Community Services Department. Make sure you're in Kissimmee city limits before you continue.

Step 2.Prepare your documentation

To start the pre-qualification process, you will need to have the following documentation ready: 

• Drivers license
• Pay stubs - previous three months
• Bank statements - previous three months

Step 3.Submit pre-qualification application

You must submit a pre-qualification application before we schedule an appointment with our Housing & Community Development staff.

Step 4.Schedule Appointment

Once our Housing & Community Development team has processed your pre-qualification application, we will follow up with you to schedule an in-person meeting at Kissimmee City Hall to walk you through the grant process.
