The Housing & Community Development Division administers local, state, and federal funds designated for housing and community development. This includes funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, Florida's State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) program, and other state and federal grant programs that benefit low and moderate-income households and improve neighborhoods.
This division partners with citizens, non-profit agencies, city departments, and other agencies to identify and implement programs and activities.
