Step 1.Confirm that your home is within City of Kissimmee limits

Although your address may say Kissimmee, you might be in unincorporated Osceola County, where broken sidewalks are handled by the Osceola County Public Works Department. Make sure you're in Kissimmee city limits before you continue.

  2. Enter your address
  3. Under description, write what is wrong with the sidewalk and describe the area around it so it is easy to find. 
  4. Add an image of the damage if possible
