Need to report a need for maintenance to a traffic sign?

If a traffic sign is broken or missing, our Traffic Division will work to fix the problem.

  1. Under request type, choose Street Sign Maintenance
  2. Enter your address
  3. Under the description, include information about where the sign is and whether it is missing or damaged.
  4. Add an image of the sign if possible
  5. Enter your contact info
  6. If you'd like to view the status of your request, you can sign up for an account
