Although your address may say Kissimmee, you might be in unincorporated Osceola County, where stormwater issues are handled by Osceola County's Stormwater Division. Make sure you're in Kissimmee city limits before you continue.

1. Under request type, choose Flooding/Drainage
2. Enter your address
3. Under description, include information on where the flooding occurs and any blockages or issues you can see.
4. Add an image of the drainage or flooding if possible
5. Enter your contact info
6. If you'd like to view the status of your request, you can sign up for an account
