Although your address may say Kissimmee, you might be in unincorporated Osceola County, where stormwater issues are handled by Osceola County's Stormwater Division. Make sure you're in Kissimmee city limits before you continue.

2. Enter your address
3. Under description, include information on whether the mane hole is missing or damaged.
4. Add an image of the manhole if possible
5. Enter your contact info
