Did we miss your trash, recycling, or yard waste pickup?

If your trash, recycling, or yard waste collection was missed, let us know so we can pick it up before your next collection day.

Step 1.Confirm that your home is within City of Kissimmee limits

Although your address may say Kissimmee, you might be in unincorporated Osceola County, where trash and recycling are handled by Waste Management. Make sure you're in Kissimmee city limits before you continue.

Step 2.Report the missed collection

Please use the button below to submit an online form letting us know that your trash, recycling, or yard waste pickup was missed.

On the following page, you should follow these steps to request a new container: 

  1. Under request type, choose Yard, Trash, & Garbage Not Picked Up
  2. Enter your address
  3. Under description, let us know when you placed your container out and where it is on your property.
  4. Add an image of the container if possible
  5. Enter your contact info
  6. If you'd like to view the status of your request, you can sign up for an account

Step 3.Leave the container at the curb

Leave the trash at the curb so we can access it. 

  • Refrain from blocking the area in front of or around the container.
  • Ensure it's on the curb by 7 am on your collection day.
  • Your container cannot be within four feet of obstacles like mailboxes, power poles, or shrubs. 
  • We can not pick up if the container is overloaded or has items on the lid. 

Step 4.We will pick up your trash

We'll pick up your garbage before your next regular pickup day.
