Although your address may say Kissimmee, you might be in unincorporated Osceola County, where road issues are handled by Osceola's County Road and Bridge Division. Make sure you're in Kissimmee city limits before you continue.

On the following page, you should follow these steps to request a new container: 

1. Under request type, choose Pothole
2. Enter your address
3. Under description, include information about how deep and wide the pothole is as well as any other important info
4. Add an image of the pothole if possible
5. Enter your contact info
6. If you'd like to view the status of your request, you can sign up for an account
